This is a hand painted Vintage R.N.X.S Royal Naval Auxiliary Service Crest Wooden Wall plaque. This example is in good condition all round with some very minor wear as shown. This example was made in England and has a mounting bracket fitted flush in to the back.

The Royal Naval Auxiliary Service (RNXS) was a uniformed, unarmed civilian volunteer service administered and trained by the British Royal Navy. It existed primarily during the Cold War to protect the United Kingdom's coastal infrastructure. They were disbanded in 1994 after the end of the Cold War.
