Belt pouch to hold shells for the trench shotgun.
Belt pouch which has loops on the inside to hold twelve x 12 gage shotgun shells.
The front is closed by two lift the dot fasteners and it has two fixed belt loops on the back.
The front flap is stamped "U.S."
