This is an Original WW2 British Army Assault Gas Mask Bag. This example is in used condition with a few bits of wear as shown in the photos. There are no major holes or damage and only a few small holes and writing on the inside as shown. It has a full length sling and has not been cut down. It still has all its brass loops on the rear. This has not been used post war by any other army as it only has British military markings. It is quite an early example with the date September 1943. Most of these example are dated 1944 and have other marking on them from European countries that used them post war.
