Original Royal Navy Class II Waist Belt
Description

This is an original Royal Navy Class II waist belt dating from around the Second World War.

This Class II belt was introduced in 1924 with this modified pattern replacing the original in 1935. An austerity pattern was introduced in 1945 making this belt the ideal pattern for WW2.

The belt is made from a navy blue coloured cotton canvas and features a pocket to the front which closes with two pop studs. It features a metal buckle to allow the belt's size to be adjusted and a chrome plated buckle to the front. Due to its adjustable nature the belt will fit between a 25" and 34" waist.

The belt is in used condition but still displays well. Please take time to study the pictures before purchasing and bear in mind that it is a vintage, pre-worn item which may have small flaws commensurate with age.

A nice WW2 period belt which would make a good addition to a Royal Navy collection.
