This is an Original British WWII Pattern 1937 Medic Shell Dressing Shoulder Bag Dated 1942. This example is in worn condition with a few small stains and wear. There are no holes or missing bits. It has all its original clips and straps. It has its original sling as well. This example was made in 1942 by Meco and has the stamps inside. This was later used for a vehicle documents bag and had the vehicles reg and number written on the front as shown. Please see photos for condition.
