This is an Original British WWII Pattern 1937 Medic Shell Dressing Shoulder Bag Dated. This example is in worn condition with a few small stains and wear. There are no holes or missing bits. It has all its original clips and straps. It has its original sling as well. This example has been well used and could do with a clean. The original white backing and Red Cross is still visible but hard to see one camera. There are a few markings and a date inside but it’s very hard to read.
