This is an original WW1/WW2 50ft Measuring Tape. This example is in very good condition all round for being over 80 years old. We are unsure if this made during the war or slightly before. It has its makers mark written on the side of the leather. It has some wear to the tape but  in very good condition overall.The winder has the British military acceptance stamp of the crows foot on it. An interesting and hard to find item especially. A real piece of British military history.
