This is an Original 1970s Czech Army Issued VZ58 Bayonet And Scabbard. This example is in good condition all round with no rust or damage to the bayonet. It has not been sharpened or mess around with since it was made. This example comes complete with its original leather scabbard. This example has a date on the back of scabbard for 1976. These were made during the cold war and were issued to Czech army troops as they went for there own design of rifle compared to the most of the other soviet satellite sates which adopted the AK47 style rifles. Many of these rifles and bayonets ended up in Iraq with the Republican Guards as you can find many of them pirctured with these style bayonets and rifles.
