No4 MK II Singer Pig Sticker Bayonet
Description

This is a No4 mk2 spike bayonet, better known as the 'pig-sticker', as fitted to the British Lee-Enfield rifle no4 mk1 and its derivatives, in excellent condition, along with it's scabbard. This is a British manufactured example, marked with G 'crown' R, No4MkII and SM for the Singer Manufacturing Company, on the side and on the release button. This is the early marking before dispersal codes were issued (Singer was N67) and is the same as stamped on the MkI cruciform spike. Good condition blade, perfect point, no dents to scabbard. Nice blacked finish to the steel. Comes with 37 pattern webbing frog and a Mk1 1944 dated scabbard.
