This is a pair of Border Guard Chrome-Finished Shoulder Title, As Worn On Epaulettes. Constructed In One-Piece Die-Cast Metal With A Polished Chrome Finish, The Title Is Cut Out In Block Letters Reading Border Guard. We are unsure exactly what country they are from but we believe they are most likely British. These are both complete with there original retaining pins as shown.
