This is an original Boer War/ World War One Webley MKIV Leather Holster & Cleaning Rod. This example is in very good condition all round, complete with retaining strap, belt loop and cleaning rod. The revers with clear stamp "MP' on the front and "W/MP 13 891" on the rear. We believe these markings are most likely armoury markings for storage or maybe unit markings but we are unsure at the moment. It comes complete with an original British army marked metal cleaning rod. The leather still retains a good colour and shape and has not cracked as you can see in the photos. This example does not have a clear date of production.
