This is an original Antique British Made Copper And Brass Powder Flask Marked J W MAWKSLEY. This example is in good condition all round with no large dents or damage. The seam has a small split were both sides meet as shown in the photos. The top is marked J W MAWKSLEY. It has a small piece of metal wire tied to the top where a previous owner use to hand the item. This style of example is listed in the Riling's Book "The Powder Book' it can be found on page 110. Please see photos for condition.
