This is an original 1945 dated British Army issue clasp knife, introduced in 1944 initially for tropical use. This 1945 dated example bears the makers mark Needham Hill Street Sheffield and an ordnance issue broad arrow, excellent springs and the blade retains its original profile, not over sharpened. The rear piece of metal which stops the blade from over rotating has broken off which you can see but this could be repaired if wished. Must be over 18 yrs and photo I.D is required.
