This is a WW2 Mother Of Pearl Royal Army Medical Corps Sweetheart Pin Back Broach Vintage. This example is in good condition all round with minor wear. These were given to wives, girlfriends and mothers of servicemen. There is a small chop to one side as shown. The original pin back is still fully in tact.
